New Hires
The following should be completed soon after coming onboard. Check with your manager or supervisor for assistance
- Complete Initial Trainings (see checklist) and attend N9 New Employee Orientation.
- Complete Cyber Awareness Training https://public.cyber.mil/train
ing/cyber-awareness-challenge/ - Complete CNIC University Registration Form (HR Indoc Packet) for new account.
- Complete Annual Mandatory Required Trainings via TWMS—Total Workforce Management Services (need CAC ID for access) and ESAMS --Enterprise Safety Applications Management System.
- Complete other Assigned Trainings on CNIC University LMS or specific Department On-The-Job Trainings assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
- Create NFAAS—Navy Family Accountability and Assessment System account. Refer to Supervisor.
- Create Individual Development Plan with Supervisor.
- New Supervisors:
- Register via CNIC University, “EEO Training For New Supervisors” training.
- Register via ESAMS, “ESAMS Training for Supervisors” training.
Current Employees
All employees are expected to keep current in the following training areas:
- Ensure CNIC University account has been created.
- Complete Annual Mandatory Required Trainings via TWMS (need CAC ID for access) and ESAMS.
- Complete other Assigned Trainings on CNIC University LMS or specific Department On-The-Job Trainings assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
- Review Individual Development Plan with Supervisor. Complete Trainings or Learning Opportunities outlined on IDP.
